PCM Groundworks were contracted to complete demolition of existing brickwork structures at a residential property in Ramsgate, and to work on designs with the property owner, to create an outdoor  living area for the whole family.

 

PCM machine excavated 10 tonnes of existing soil to create new levels in the garden area. A blockwork and timber clad double barbecue area was created, along with a 15 metre raised planter area constructed with railway sleepers, with LED lighting installed.

90m2 of indian sandstone paving was installed along with a rounded lawn area, finished with artificial lawn.
